Yes! We visit an authentic wooden shoe factory in Zaanse Schans and at Simonehoeve farm where you will watch a master craftsman transform a block of wood into a traditional Dutch clog using both historic and modern techniques.
Am I able to samples some cheeses in this tour?
Absolutely. At the Henri Willig and Simonehoeve cheese farm, you’ll learn about the production process for Gouda and Edam and enjoy free samples of dozens of different cheese varieties, ranging from classic to exotic flavors like, cuming, pesto or truffle.
What is included in the tour price?
Our tour includes round-trip transportation in a private air-conditioned vehicle (often a luxury Mercedes), a professional driver/guide, entrance to a working windmill, a clog-making demonstration, and a cheese sampling.

Yes! Please let us know ahead of time so we can adjust the itinerary and make time to visit Marken.

Yes, this is a family-friendly tour. Infants (0-3 years) will need a car seat or a booster (4-6 years), and the main areas of Zaanse Schans and Volendam are stroller-accessible.
