Skyla manages SkyMar DMC’s communications, digital presence, and client outreach. She also brings valuable local insight to the team — from destination knowledge to supplier relationships built over years of living and working in Amsterdam. She’s currently pursing a Bachelor’s program in international business and communications. She ensures that every client touchpoint, from first enquiry to final follow-up, reflects the standard SkyMar DMC is known for.

Milena leads programme strategy at SkyMar DMC, overseeing the design and delivery of corporate events, incentive programmes, and destination management projects from first brief to final debrief. She brings 20+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, MICE — in Canada, USA and Europe, having previously worked in events with companies in the banking sector, the technology industry and multinational corporations in Europe. Milena’s strength is translating a client’s objectives into a programme that works logistically, creatively, and commercially.

Mary is SkyMar DMC’s events and travel specialist, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of client programmes — from venue sourcing and supplier management to delegate logistics and on-site support. With a background in project management, event operations and hospitality, she brings 20+ years of hands-on experience to every project. Mary is also a wine and cheese connoisseur offering tastings to corporate companies and events on boats. Mary’s attention to detail and calm under pressure make her the person clients rely on when it matters most.
