We offer passengers pickup within a 14 km radius of Amsterdam, including the Amsterdam Cruise Terminal, Felison Cruise Ijmuiden Terminal and River Cruise docking locations near Amsterdam Central Station.

When to be ready?

Please be ready to meet your driver-guide or transfer at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth and timely start to your experience.

Drop-off

Drop-off is at the same pick-up location unless requested otherwise.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a refund, minus any pre-reserved attraction ticket costs.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of the tour’s start time are non-refundable.
